"My training to become a pilot was incredible, I really enjoyed it.
I moved to a small town in the countryside because there was a really nice flight school over there, with many aircraft and instructors as well as a pretty good infrastructure for theoretical classes in their hangars by the side of the runway.
It was a well equipped regional airport inside a terminal area, so I could also practice phraseology in a controlled airspace...

CRM is basically this training for pilots and crewmembers and also ground staff nowadays, to interact better, to work cooperatively better and therefore enhances safety...

"Yes I actually had a few minor malfunctions, nothing drastic but occasionally I did have a few small problems with the aircraft I flew.
I had problems with the lights once, I also had a blown out tire but it happened during taxi so it was not so problematic...
